Nogaršot: Refreshingly vinous. Its initial richness expands and proves itself to be even more physical, powerful and structured. The taste is very persistent in the mouth, it has a note of liquorice and a touch of fruity, bitter blood orange.
Aromāts: The tropical notes of guava and curry leaf blend into the more classic flavours of citrus peel and very ripe stone fruit. The combination is complemented by cocoa and roasted spices. Pink coral tone with nuances of dark brown. Wild strawberry aroma is followed by notes of summery peach.
Produkta apraksts: Dom Perignon champagne is made only from the wines of the best vintages, and Rosé can be said to be the ultimate in luxury. Dom Perignon Rosé is not the rule, it is the exception that is always produced in limited quantities, as the grapes must be of the highest possible quality. Despite a maturation period of 9–11 years, the champagne is light and vibrant. The initially flowery aroma transforms into a scent of orange zest and dried fruit. The taste is extremely elegant and complex. The extremely limited selection of grapes guarantees a limited quantity of the wine along with exceptional quality and unprecedented aromatic ripeness. Harvesting began on 14 September.
