The plantations of Gérard Bertrand wineries are located in the Langedoc region and are biodynamically certified or on the way. Crémant de Limoux is dry, crisp, elegant and complex on the palate. In the aroma, white flowers, honeycomb, green apple and toastiness come to the fore. Made from three grape varieties (Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Pinot Noir).
